About The Position

Primrose School of Burlington/Chelmsford/Woburn is seeking an experienced toddler educator to teach in a professionally supported classroom. Toddler classrooms are grouped within a 3–4 month age range, enabling instruction and classroom design to focus on children at a similar developmental stage. Children remain with the same classroom, teachers, and peers from September through June, July, or August, providing consistency throughout the school year.

Teachers use the Balanced Learning Curriculum, written by early education experts, and are not expected to write curriculum or prepare it on personal time. Classrooms are fully stocked, and teachers receive daily break and planning coverage from an assigned Faculty Support Teacher. The school provides an Education Coach, a co-teacher selected to complement the teacher’s style, and support from a four-person Leadership Team.
