About The Position
Action Day Schools is hiring Toddler Teachers for multiple locations in Campbell, Mountain View, Saratoga, and San Jose. The Toddler Teacher guides children through an updated curriculum and exploratory play while modeling knowledge of child growth and development. The role supports high-quality care, classroom management, parent relations, and positive experiences for children. Teachers may collaborate with team members to shape classroom environments around young children’s changing needs. The employer offers training and support for employees who need to complete core Child Development courses.
Requirements
- A love and passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A reliable, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Nice To Haves
- 12 ECE units preferred.
- Experience with children preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide children through the curriculum and exploratory play.
- Model knowledge of child growth and development.
- Ensure high-quality care for children.
- Develop classroom management skills and maintain parent relations.
- Create positive, memorable experiences for children.
- Collaborate with team members to design classroom environments that meet the changing needs of young children.
