About The Position

KinderKids Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable Older Infant/Toddler Teacher to support young children as they develop early language, movement, and social skills. The teacher will comfort and encourage children, help them build independence, and foster trusting relationships with their families. Experience is welcome but not required; training and support are provided for candidates who are eager to grow in early childhood education. The role involves maintaining children’s safety and daily care, including feeding, changing, and rest; keeping the classroom clean and organized; and collaborating with a supportive team. The position offers paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, tuition assistance, a 401(k) with matching, competitive salary, and opportunities for advancement. Nights and weekends are not required.

Requirements

Genuine enjoyment of working with young children, including getting down on the floor with them.
Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
Dependability.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check and complete required state training.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood experience or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential; preferred but not required.
