About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division, is seeking an energetic and nurturing Toddler Teacher. The program supports children’s development through discovery and play, encouraging curiosity, confidence, independence, and early learning skills. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom and supports children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The position requires the ability to perform its essential duties, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- High school diploma.
- An AA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps children feel secure and confident.
