About The Position

KinderKids Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable Older Infant/Toddler Teacher to support young children as they develop language, movement, social skills, independence, and relationships. The teacher provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment, comforts and encourages children, and helps families feel confident in their children’s care. Experience is welcome but not required; training and support are provided for candidates interested in growing in early childhood education. The role is part of a team dedicated to children’s growth, development, and well-being. Teachers create meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, friendship, exploration, and foundational learning.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to complete required state training.
Genuine enjoyment of working with young children.
Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
Dependability.
Ability to get down on the floor and engage with children.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood experience.
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.

Responsibilities

Lead simple, hands-on activities that develop children’s language, movement, and early social skills.
Keep children safe, fed, changed, rested, and happy.
Build warm relationships with children and their families.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that invites exploration.
