About The Position

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated, and caring individual for a full-time lead teaching position in its Toddler program. The school is a state-of-the-art 20,000-square-foot facility with 10 classrooms, a half-court gym, a gross motor room, and three separate playgrounds. The teacher follows State of Ohio and Goddard regulations, manages the classroom using developmentally appropriate practices, implements lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, communicates with parents, and maintains an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. The role involves a high level of activity and requires the ability to lift 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and sit on the floor.
