Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is hiring a Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment and support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs. The school provides the Primrose Balanced Learning® Curriculum and lesson plans, so teachers do not need to plan on personal time. Paid weekly planning time is built into the schedule, and classroom resources are available in a fully stocked resource room. The role offers consistent, guaranteed hours, with a schedule of 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm, including a one-hour break. Pay is $20.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and training. Teachers receive support from a leadership team that includes a Director of Education, as well as ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth and internal advancement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare or early education.
- EEC Certification or equivalent.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred).
