About The Position

The Toddler Teacher designs and implements interactive, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers’ cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The role fosters a warm, consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident, builds positive partnerships with families through ongoing communication, and collaborates with co-teachers and school leaders to provide an exceptional learning experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Have an awarded PDIS Level 2 or higher.
• Have 6 months of prior experience working in a licensed childcare center.
• Have a passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
