Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Action Day Schools is hiring Toddler Teachers for multiple locations in Campbell, Mountain View, Saratoga, and San Jose. Teachers guide children through an updated curriculum and exploratory play while modeling knowledge of child growth and development. The role focuses on providing high-quality care, developing classroom management and parent-relations skills, and creating positive, memorable experiences for children in a fun, loving learning environment. The company offers professional development through mentor-teacher training, one-to-one coaching, team check-ins, welcome workshops, staff development days, and CPR/First Aid certification courses. Tuition loan payment plans are available to help Team Support Teachers complete core Child Development courses and become teacher-qualified. Teachers may collaborate with colleagues on classroom environments and pursue career growth into leadership roles, including Head or Master Teacher and school administration. Compensation is $18–$28 per hour, depending on individual experience, education, and position requirements. Benefits are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- A love and passion for working with young children.

- 12 ECE units preferred.
- Experience with children preferred.
Responsibilities
