Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Toddler Teacher works in a toddler classroom organized around a narrow 3–4-month age range, allowing instruction and classroom design to suit children at similar developmental stages. Children remain with the same classroom, teachers, and peers from September through June, July, or August, supporting continuity and stable relationships. The teacher uses the Balanced Learning Curriculum, developed by early education experts; curriculum planning materials and classroom supplies are provided. Teachers receive support from a dedicated Education Coach, a paired co-teacher, a Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and daily planning time, and a four-person Leadership Team. The school emphasizes professional collaboration, partnership with families, teacher well-being, and opportunities for skill development, leadership, and advancement.

Responsibilities
- Teach toddlers using the Balanced Learning Curriculum.
- Plan and deliver instruction appropriate to the developmental stage of the children in the classroom.
- Collaborate with a co-teacher and other faculty members.
- Communicate and partner with families.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing refinement of teaching practice.
