About The Position

Action Day Schools is hiring Toddler Teachers for its Campbell, Mountain View, Saratoga, and San Jose locations. The role guides children through the school’s updated curriculum and exploratory play, while modeling knowledge of child growth and development and providing high-quality care. Teachers build classroom management skills and parent relationships and create positive, memorable experiences for children.

The school offers hands-on mentor-teacher training, one-to-one coaching, leadership-team check-ins, a new-hire welcome workshop, staff development days, CPR/First Aid course offerings, and support for completing core Child Development courses. Teachers may collaborate with colleagues on classroom environments and pursue career growth toward Head Teacher, Master Teacher, or school administration roles.

Requirements

• 12 ECE units preferred.
• Experience with children preferred.
• A love and passion for working with young children.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A reliable, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
