About The Position

Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is hiring a Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment and support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs. Teachers implement the provided Primrose Balanced Learning® Curriculum; lesson planning is not required on personal time, and paid weekly planning time is built into the schedule. The school provides consistent, guaranteed hours, a fully stocked resource room, and support from a leadership team that includes a Director of Education.

The schedule is 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with a one-hour break. Compensation is $20.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and training.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare or early education.
• EEC Certification or equivalent.
• An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
