Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Toddler Teacher builds genuine relationships with each child and supports their curiosity, creativity, compassion, and love of learning. Working with a co-teacher, the teacher implements lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and maintains a well-kept classroom where children can create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. The role includes discovering what works best for each child while teaching them about the world around them. Primrose School of West Allen provides classroom materials, training, clear daily plans, and support from a Leadership Team focused on a safe, healthy environment and a culture where children and team members can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with each child.
- Work with a co-teacher to implement lesson plans from the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions confidently.
- Adapt teaching to discover what works best for each child.
