About The Position

Cadence Academy Preschool of Shana Park, part of Cadence Education, is hiring a Toddler Teacher in Lacey, Washington. The teacher creates a nurturing, growth-focused classroom, collaborates with colleagues on developmentally appropriate lessons and schedules, supports children’s interests and safety, and helps build social skills through play-based learning. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday day-shift schedule, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $18.60–$23.00. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
At least six months of experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
Flexible and ready to work during business hours.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
College degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
