Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Action Day Schools is hiring Toddler Teachers for multiple locations in Campbell, Mountain View, Saratoga, and San Jose. The role involves guiding toddlers through an updated curriculum and exploratory play while modeling knowledge of child growth and development. Teachers provide high-quality care, develop classroom management and parent-relations skills, and create positive, memorable experiences for children. Teachers may also collaborate with colleagues to design classroom environments that respond to young children’s changing needs. Compensation is $18–$28 per hour, depending on individual experience, education, and position requirements.
Requirements
- A love and passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A reliable, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Nice To Haves
- 12 ECE units preferred.
- Experience with children preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide children through the updated curriculum and exploratory play.
