Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School at Austin Village is seeking a Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing care and support young children’s development. The teacher will build trusted relationships with families and create joyful learning experiences using the school’s digital platform and Balanced Learning curriculum. The school offers a welcoming childcare environment, high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, and an on-site leadership team invested in staff growth. The position is located at 5407 Potter Road, Matthews, NC 28104. The stated shift schedule is 8:00–5:00, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
