About The Position

Kids In Action is seeking a dependable, energetic Toddler Float Teacher to support its toddler classrooms. The role assists teachers, supervises children, helps with daily routines, and maintains a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. The listed hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is listed as $11.00–$14.00 per hour in the benefits introduction and $11.00–$13.00 per hour in the compensation section.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.
• Be able to effectively interact and communicate with children and parents.
• Be able to repeatedly bend, stoop, and run.
• Be able to repeatedly lift and carry children.
• High school education or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience working in early education is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Child Development Associate certification is preferred.
