About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold food quality and service standards, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, coordinating order completion, and ensuring orders are accurate and properly packaged. The position pays $16.94–$20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Give each guest a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
- Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
- Learn the menu to accurately take and place orders.
- Organize and package orders accurately.
- Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
- Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately inform guests how long their orders will take.
- Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
- Use the point of sale (POS) system to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Exhibit teamwork at all times.
