About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold high standards of food quality and service, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, coordinating with restaurant staff, packaging orders accurately, and following safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities

Provide guests with a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to take and place orders accurately.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point of sale (POS) system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit teamwork at all times.
