About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations and uphold high standards of food quality and service. The role ensures To-Go guests receive the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and say goodbye in a legendary manner when they place or pick up orders.
• Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
• Learn the menu to take and place orders accurately.
• Package orders with strong organization and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
• Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately tell guests how long their orders will take.
• Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Use the point-of-sale system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
