About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support carryout operations and uphold high standards for food quality and service. The role helps ensure To-Go guests receive the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. Roadies are paid weekly. After one year of service, eligible Roadies may access the company’s total rewards package.

Responsibilities

Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up an order.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point of sale (POS) system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
