About The Position

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold food quality and service standards, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role includes welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, packaging orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen staff and managers, and following safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities

Give guests a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up orders.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Learn the menu to take and place orders accurately.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit teamwork at all times.
