About The Position

Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking a full-time TMS Technician to support Shore Clinical TMS and Wellness Center. The technician administers in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician. The role also manages clinical services and regularly interacts with patients, with an emphasis on customer service and administrative support. The company is looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a team-oriented approach.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Familiarity with clinical scheduling and insurance principles.
One or more years of related experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with providers, admissions, and the program director to ensure patient scheduling and care delivery are completed timely and effectively.
Address patients’ medical conditions or symptoms.
Operate a medical/mechanical device.
Support daily facility operations, including knowledge of behavioral health services.
Check patients in and out and verify demographics at each clinic visit.
Verify and collect payments at patient check-in.
Answer telephones promptly, take messages, and schedule appointments as needed.
Explain and administer patient treatment procedures.
Use the EMR.
Monitor patients for medical symptoms.
Support the clinic’s patient satisfaction process.
Follow established treatment and office procedures.
