TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors - Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the programs and initiatives of the TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. They will assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating various programs and activities aimed at providing support, education, and advocacy for individuals affected by body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). This part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals affected by BFRBs.

• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives offered by the organization
• Provide logistical support for the TLC Annual Conference, Trainings and Webinars, Certification Course Sessions, and other events
• Collaborate with the program team to develop program materials, resources, and educational content
• Assist in maintaining program databases, participant records, and program evaluation data
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and files related to program activities
• Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and coordination of clinical instructors
• Provide guidance and support to facilitators engaged in program activities
• Support communication efforts by assisting in social media management and content creation

• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives offered by the organization

• Compensation: $28-$31/hr (estimated 20-25 hrs a week)
