About The Position

The Title and Registration Specialist Lead works in the Accounting Processing Centers (APC) at Brunswick Toyota, powered by Lithia & Driveway. The role supports dealership accounting through title and registration-related processing and other financial operations, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. The position reports to the Business Manager and works with other accountants in an on-site office environment in Brunswick, New Jersey. The listed target hiring range is $25.00–$33.00 per hour. The full compensation range is $21.00–$33.00; actual compensation depends on experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location, with final decisions made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable laws. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and have at least two years of auto industry experience. Prior New Jersey DMV processing experience is required. Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

Submit service contracts.
Submit warranty contracts.
Process new car purchases and dealer trades.
Record used car purchases.
Request and process lien payoffs.
Process cash receipts.
Conduct regional check runs.
Process and pay vendor invoices.
Perform FTC reconciliation.
Account for manufacturer monies, including parts, warranty, incentives, and miscellaneous items.
Post to intercompany accounts.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
