About The Position

Haddad Subaru is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Registration and Title Clerk to join its team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role manages accurate and timely vehicle registration and title processing, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and provides support to customers and dealership staff. The clerk works with customers, state agencies, finance departments, and dealership teams to handle vehicle paperwork and related administrative needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience with vehicle registration and title processing.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit vehicle registration and title documents to the appropriate state agencies.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and filings related to vehicle titles and registrations.
Communicate with customers, state agencies, and finance departments to resolve vehicle paperwork issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and dealership policies regarding vehicle registrations and titles.
Assist sales and service departments with documentation and administrative support as needed.
Stay current with regulations and procedures affecting vehicle registration and titling.
