About The Position

The TireHub Logistics Center Leader is responsible for all logistics center activities, employees, inventory, and assets. The leader communicates TireHub objectives, mission, and direction for their location, with a focus on safety and customer service, and ensures employees and contractors follow company policies and procedures. The role reports to a Regional Operations Leader or Area Operations Leader.

The leader oversees daily center opening and closing, collaborates with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service, ensures safe equipment operation, manages expenses within budget, resolves issues, safeguards employees and contractors, and maintains inventory quality. The role also includes reviewing and approving end-of-day paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying, and collaborating with Corporate and Regional resources on Human Resources needs and workers’ compensation claims.

The successful candidate will lead daily warehouse operations, manage performance and KPIs, develop and train employees, execute strategic priorities, improve processes, and foster TireHub’s culture and commitments. The role works Monday through Saturday, with fluctuating day-shift hours. Extended day, evening, and weekend work, including Saturdays, may be required as duties demand and may come with little or no advance notice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable work experience, with a strong focus on operations and warehouse management.
• Experience managing KPIs.
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and teams.
• Process improvement experience.
• Experience leading day-to-day operations in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to establish accountability, measure work, and drive performance toward objectives.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires weighing up to 50 pounds or more, with or without mechanical assistance, while following standard operating and safety procedures.
• Ability to meet the stated physical compatibility limits for equipment and safety restraints: no more than 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable law.

• Focus on continuous improvement and require safe work practices.
• Develop direct reports and reinforce TireHub's mission, vision, culture, and commitments.
• Collaborate with appropriate functional leaders and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
