About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Les Schwab offers on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels.
- Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install or rebuild TPMS systems and relearn or calibrate them.
- Wash tires and wheels.
- Test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
- Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
