About The Position
The Physical Therapist will work a day shift in Yelm, Washington. The selected candidate must complete the necessary documentation for clearance before starting the assignment. Candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately; applicants from certain states must have a permanent license. Previous employment within the past year at an associated facility may affect rehire eligibility, and prior travel assignments or permanent/PRN roles may require rehire eligibility verification. Credentialing requires relevant-setting experience and an active license. Equipment and dress-code information will be provided during the interview process and on the first day, respectively. Parking is available on the first day. Holiday coverage is not required.
