About The Position

The Physical Therapist will complete some documentation before starting the assignment. Candidates must have a permanent license for submission. Candidates starting with a compact license must obtain a permanent license immediately. Contract QA experience and an active license are required. Holiday coverage is not required. Completion bonuses are available for 13-, 20-, and 26-week contracts.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy license; a permanent license is required for submission.
• Candidates starting with a compact license must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Contract QA experience is required.
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year are ineligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
• For candidates with prior traveler work at any time, or permanent/PRN work more than a year ago, provide their name and date of birth for eligibility assessment.
• General certifications listed: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Rehabilitation certifications listed: ASHA, CHT, and ACP.
