About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly service to customers and drivers. They handle the sale, removal, and replacement of tires, including tires for commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. The role also includes store equipment repair and maintenance, housekeeping, and following company safety policies and procedures. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card.

Responsibilities

• Sell, remove, and replace tires, including tires for commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and facilities, including general housekeeping.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; the cost is paid by Love’s.
