About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean facilities, and interact with customers and drivers. The role involves selling, removing, and replacing tires on vehicles including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. Technicians also help repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 75 pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love’s pays for it.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles, including commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
