About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. On-the-job training is offered.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
- Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels.
- Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
- Attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install, rebuild, relearn, or calibrate tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).
- Wash tires and wheels.
- Test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles to provide offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
- Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
