About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels while providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes tire and wheel installation and maintenance, repairs, rotations, inflation, wheel attachment and rebalancing, TPMS installation or rebuilding and relearning or calibration, and washing tires and wheels. It also involves testing and installing batteries, using and maintaining equipment, assisting other employees, test driving vehicles, and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The position promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is available.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
