About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The technician provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes tire and wheel installation and maintenance, customer engagement and sales support, and may include offsite and emergency road services. On-the-job training is available.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install or rebuild TPMS, and relearn or calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Use and maintain equipment.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
• Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
