About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for selling, servicing, and maintaining tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes tire installation and maintenance, customer sales and service, and may involve offsite and emergency road services. On-the-job training is available.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS, and relearn or calibrate TPMS as needed.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales, using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
