About The Position
The Commercial Tire Service Technician is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. On-the-job training is available.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; and attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install, rebuild, relearn, and calibrate TPMS.
- Wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries; and use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
