Tire Technician

About The Position
Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places and providing friendly service. They interact with customers and drivers and help make their travels better. No experience is required; training is provided. The role involves tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service, as well as equipment repair and store-facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 75 or more pounds while working in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love's pays for it.
Responsibilities
- Handle the sale, removal, and replacement of tires, including for commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
- Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
