About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to help provide fast, accurate service to customers. The role includes tire installation and maintenance, basic automotive services, inspections, battery work, and shop upkeep. As skills and experience develop, there may be opportunities to progress into light mechanical services such as brakes, suspension, and alignments, or into Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management positions.

Requirements

• Have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Be physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Have flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flat tires and inflate tires to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
