About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly service to customers and drivers. The role includes selling, removing, and replacing tires on vehicles up to and including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Technicians also perform equipment repair and store facility maintenance, including general housekeeping. The role requires a rotating schedule that may alternate between day and night as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 75 pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love's pays for it.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires, including on commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including performing general housekeeping duties.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
