About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its North Canton, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role offers opportunities to develop automotive skills and advance into positions such as Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, or Store Manager.

Requirements

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No experience required.
• A degree is not required; the posting notes it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
