About The Position

Merchandisers are the final stop in getting beverages into customers’ hands after the Delivery team brings product to a store. They stock and rotate products so they are ready to sell, working closely with Delivery, Sales, and retail partners to provide exceptional customer service. The role works in retail accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work, and requires local travel. Regional travel may also be requested. Days and hours vary, overtime may be necessary, and availability to work both weekend days is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• For driving positions, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet productivity deadlines through effective organization and time management.
• Have excellent oral communication skills.
• Be able to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Have a strong work ethic and self-accountability.
• Be available to work both weekend days.

• Previous grocery or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads, handling cases, bottles, and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale or storage.
• Fill and rotate products in cold boxes and on dry shelves, and build and maintain displays with point-of-sale materials as necessary.
• Drive a personal vehicle on the assigned route; do not transport products in personal vehicles or to and from locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, and others encountered at work.
• Communicate directly with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services effectively.
• Accurately clock in and out using the required timekeeping application and follow state labor laws for breaks.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values.
• Complete other assigned tasks or projects.
