About The Position

Team Seattle Domino’s offers a positive, collaborative work environment with growth potential. The Assistant Manager role is for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, pitches in as needed, and enjoys teaching and helping others improve. The position is part of the GMiT (General Manager in Training) program.

Pay varies by program level: Shift Manager, $19.50 per hour; GMiT I, $20.50 per hour; GMiT II, $22.00 per hour; and Associate GM, $23.50 per hour. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a retail or food service background.
• Be friendly, helpful, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability.
• Be comfortable making suggestions and pitching in when needed.
• Lead by example.
• Multitask and manage time effectively.
• Communicate effectively with a team in English, verbally and in writing.
• Add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.

• Be legally licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products according to Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Assist with inventory and cash control.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
