About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Work includes installing and maintaining tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing, rebuilding, relearning, and calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; and using and maintaining equipment. The technician also assists other employees, test drives vehicles, and operates service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The role promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is offered. Pay is $14.85–$24.50. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.

Wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries.
