About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership. After a fully paid training program, the specialist will serve as a tire sales expert, engaging customers on the service drive, inspecting tires, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, providing pricing, and closing sales. The role also involves building relationships with customers and dealership teams and supporting store operations such as inventory and reporting. The position offers a consistent 5-day, 40-hour work week, with base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour and a targeted annual commission of $13,200. Guaranteed commission is available during onboarding for up to two months. Dealer Tire describes opportunities for career growth and an average of 114 promotions per year in its Tire Store program.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.
