About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Hartford, Connecticut. The specialist serves as a tire sales expert, engaging customers on the service drive, identifying their needs, recommending tire solutions, and closing sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist also supports store operations, including inventory and reporting. The role offers a consistent 40-hour work week and opportunities for career growth. Compensation is $28.34–$30.85 per hour, with target annual commission of $13,200 and guaranteed commission during onboarding for up to two months. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

• Automotive experience is preferred.
