About The Position

Dealer Tire is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Hartford, Connecticut. The role is suited to customer-facing sales professionals who can quickly build rapport, identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will serve as the tire sales expert on the dealership service drive, helping customers select and purchase tires while supporting store operations. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week, base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour, and targeted annual commission of $13,200. Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.
