About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a relationship-focused Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Los Angeles, California. The role is suited to sales professionals with customer-facing, goal-driven experience who can build rapport, identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will serve as a tire sales expert on the dealership service drive and support store operations. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week, commission opportunities, and career growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
