Tire Sales Specialist (San Jose, CA) - SIGN-ON BONUS $3,000
About The Position
Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership and help grow tire sales. The role is suited to customer-facing sales professionals who can build rapport, identify needs, confidently recommend products, and close sales. After a fully paid training program, the specialist will engage customers on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, provide pricing, and support dealership and store operations. The position offers a consistent 5-day, 40-hour work week, opportunities for career growth, and compensation consisting of an hourly base pay of $28.34–$30.85 plus targeted annual commission of $13,200. Guaranteed commission is offered during onboarding for up to two months. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is advertised, subject to applicable laws and eligibility terms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

- Automotive experience preferred.
