About The Position

Fausak Tires & Service is a full-service auto center focused on customer service, its employees, and the community. The Tire Sales and Service Advisor sells and promotes the company’s products and services while following store standards and expectations. The role involves helping customers understand their vehicle’s service needs, providing accurate quotes and updates, and supporting a positive customer experience from check-in through follow-up.

Compensation is up to $20 per hour, with bonus opportunities. Prior Service Advisor experience is helpful but not required. The role requires working at least five days per week, including Saturdays.

Requirements

• Professional appearance.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by telephone using the company’s customer-service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and review service history to identify and verify service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services based on the advisor’s knowledge.
• Clearly communicate technicians’ additional recommendations and document all recommendations in customer files.
• Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by explaining products and related service requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes, including cost and estimated completion time, for customer-approved services.
• Update customers throughout the day on the status of their services.
• Follow checkout procedures, review completed multi-point inspections, and explain applicable warranties.
• Make post-repair and declined-service follow-up calls to support customer satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
